The storefront and checkout

Paradosis provides a headless storefront for browsing products and building a cart. Shopify hosts checkout and handles payment, taxes, and order processing. You may also be subject to Shopify’s checkout terms and the terms of the payment method you choose.

You must provide current, complete, and accurate order and delivery information. You may purchase as a guest; a Customer Account is not required.

Products, prices, and orders

Products are subject to availability. Prices and product information may be corrected or changed before an order is accepted. Images show overall appearance; screen settings and individual production can cause slight differences in color, print texture, and placement.

An order confirmation acknowledges your request but does not require us to accept an order affected by an obvious error, suspected fraud, unavailability, or an inability to fulfill it. If an order is cancelled after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Made-to-order fulfillment

Every shirt is made to order. Production, shipping, changes, cancellations, non-defective returns, Fulfillment errors, and lost or returned parcels are governed by our Shipping & returns policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the storefront, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or deceptive information, or use automated means in a way that burdens the service or violates another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

The Paradosis name, designs, plate art, product imagery, writing, typography, and storefront presentation are owned by Paradosis or used with permission. These terms allow personal use of the storefront but do not grant a right to reproduce, sell, modify, or exploit that material without permission.

Service availability and liability

We work to keep the storefront accurate and available, but it may be interrupted and is provided without a promise that every feature or item will always remain available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paradosis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the storefront or an order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms as the storefront changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Questions may be sent to hello@paradosis.shop.
